The Viewing Code feature is a practical module offered by the LOL Online Learning Platform. It enables schools, training centers, or organizations to flexibly and quickly authorize students or guests to watch specific course videos. Users only need to enter a designated code—no account registration required—making it ideal for make-up classes, free trials, promotional campaigns, or corporate training.

Feature Overview

There are three types of viewing codes. Administrators can configure them based on actual needs:

1. Point Code: Grants points after input; points are deducted when videos are viewed.
2. Course Bundle Code: Grants access to an entire set of course videos for a limited period.
3. Single Course Code: Grants access to one specific video, suitable for make-up or trial purposes.

Configurable Options:

• Enable or disable the code
• Total number of uses and per-user limit
• Start and end dates (for campaign control)
• Valid days after redemption (e.g., 3 days)

Operating Procedure

Step 1: Create a Viewing Code

1. Log in and go to "Admin Area > Viewing Code > Add New Code".

3. Fill in the basic information:
   • Code name
   • Linked course/video
   • Point amount (for point codes)
   • Usage limits (total and per user)
   • Validity period and status
4. Save to generate the code.

• LINE, email, or SMS
