  • Log operator information for permission tracking and audit purposes

Operational Guide

1. Reviewing Sent Messages

  • Navigation: Admin Area > Cloud Messaging > Message List
  • Displayed Fields:
    • Message Title
    • Category
    • Number of Successful / Failed Deliveries
    • Number of Reads
    • Timestamp
    • Operator Account

2. Creating and Sending New Messages

  • Navigation: Admin Area > Cloud Messaging > Send Message
  • Procedure:
    1. Select Recipients: Choose by class or individual student.
    2. Set Category: Define the message purpose (e.g., academic, system, activity).
    3. Schedule Timing: Choose between immediate delivery or scheduled time.
    4. Compose Content: Enter the title and full message body.
    5. Send Message: Confirm details and initiate push.

A: Please ensure that the student’s app version is 1.1.6 or above. Older versions cannot receive push notifications.

A: Messages that have already been sent cannot be edited. However, scheduled messages can be canceled before delivery.
