SMS Module User Manual

Overview

The SMS module is a real-time communication feature of the LOL Online Learning Platform, specifically designed for educational institutions. It enables administrators to quickly send important messages such as course schedules, class reminders, administrative notices, safety updates, and promotional announcements directly to students' or staff members' mobile phones. The system supports class group categorization, bulk list imports, custom message editing, scheduled delivery, phrase templates, and delivery status tracking, significantly enhancing communication efficiency and professional image.
